Plagiarism Screening Policy

TMJ strictly prohibits plagiarism. All manuscripts are screened via specialized software to detect overlapping text and similarities before being sent for review. Scientific rigor and originality are our primary criteria.

Double-Blind Peer Review

TMJ utilizes a Double-Blind process where authors and reviewers remain anonymous. This ensures impartiality and protects against bias related to identity or institutional reputation.

Submission Guidelines

  • ORCID iD: Submitting authors must provide an ORCID iD. Register here.
  • Covering Letter: A submission template is available within the OJS system.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Must be declared between Acknowledgements and References.

Ethics & Human Subjects

Protocols must be approved by an institutional Ethics Committee and comply with the Declaration of Helsinki. Patient privacy is paramount; photographs must be de-identified.

Number references sequentially in order of appearance. Use Arabic superscript numerals in the text. Add DOI for each entry.
